Pilot Units For Synthetic Resins And Polymer/Wax Emulsions

Lisle, IL - RHE America introduces a new pilot unit design for synthetic resins and polymer emulsions.
A pilot unit is the ideal tool for developing new products. This is a compromise between laboratory type equipment (less expensive, but below standard for process and equipment optimization) and a full-scale plant (too costly, technically and commercially risky at the initial stage of a product development).
RHE's pilot units are extremely useful for high tech companies involved in the development of new and innovative products requiring special synthetic resins and polymer/wax emulsions. Other users are well-established companies committed to expanding the upstream side of their existing manufacturing process by integrating the production of synthetic resins or polymer/wax emulsions.
Pilot units allow semi-production for internal usage or marketing trials. They are skid-mounted and equipped with automatic controls for easy installation and operation. Pilot units do not require a special EPA permit as a full-scale plant does.
RHE's pilot units are custom designed to manufacture given amounts of synthetic resins or polymer/wax emulsions. They include the necessary equipment to handle solid/liquid raw materials and deliver on-specs products. They are designed to operate under full vacuum or pressure up to 50 psig and temperatures up to 500F.
Most clients prefer an engineering firm with process expertise in the manufacture of synthetic resins and polymer/wax emulsions, and with the capability to design and supply full-scale plants or pilot units that meet their special needs. RHE-America meets or exceeds these requirements having more than 40 years of experience in this field.
Specialty chemical industries wanting to develop new synthetic resins or polymer/wax emulsions can benefit from a RHE-Pilot Unit
