Six Sigma Training

Are your Six Sigma projects on track? Are your Black Belts providing the proper training to project team members? If not, then you may want to consider teaching project team members some of the most basic improvement tools.

Vert-Markets and Juran Insitute's Green Belt training serves two purposes. First, it trains team members to function as part of an effective Six Sigma team; and second, it begins to prepare them to lead projects and eventually become future Black Belts.

An employee of an organization who will participate on a Six Sigma team is referred to as a Green Belt.

This eight day workshop enables participants to achieve Six Sigma levels of quality using the DMAIC Problem-Solving and Improvement methodology to address chronic problems through root-cause analysis.

All Green Belt level courses are aimed at high school level reading and mathematics. Upon completion of the 8-Day Green Belt training, participants must pass a comprehensive three hour written examination before the Green Belt is certified.

A Green Belt will have sufficient knowledge to support and champion Six Sigma implementation and to participate in Six Sigma projects as a team leader or team member.
