Cylinders are constructed where the strip is attached (usually welded) and wound directly on the cylinder either customer furnished or built buy Atlanta Brush. We have dynamic balancing machines in our production center to be used for construction of the cylinder and the final balancing to assure a smooth operation regardless of speed and brush size.
