The procedure utilizes SimTek's ultrafast responce temperature probes and data aquisition hardware to record the FTP of multiple samples as they are given targeted thermal exposures in your lab oven.

The samples are then evaluated by appropriate lab tests to identify whih one best meets your requirements. SimTek's process optimization software then is used to determine production setup parameters to reproduce the optimal FTP at the most efficient oven speeds.
