Our Research & Development department responds to customer needs and market trends by creating and developing new fabric constructions and designs. Creating new fabrics is a comprehensive process that requires the involvement of highly skilled and innovative people who understand the intricacies of knitting, dying, finishing and printing, Once a fabric is developed it is then rigorously tested using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to ensure process capabilities and consistent product quality. Every fabric developed at Texollini must meet our exacting standards before being released for production.
The high quality of our processes and products has won us official recognition by DuPont for innovation and quality fabrics containing LYCRA®.
