The Model N401 Adjustable Top Sealer is an automatic continuous motion packaging system that seals a variety of case styles at speeds up to 70 cases. Designed for quick changeover, box size adjustments on the system are completed with hand cranks and handle options. The erected/filled cases enter the system on a continuous motion belt. The minor flaps are closed as the cases are transferred, hot melt adhesive is applied, and the major flaps are closed as the cases enter the compression section. A fixed powered overhead compression belt then closes glued flaps and squares the cases.
