The fee for our professional service is 1% per thousand of the candidate's annual salary to a maximum of 30%. Service fees on annual salaries over $30,000 will be 30% of the specific salary. Retainer search rates are available upon request.

In the event that severance occurs for any reason within thirty days of employment and the fee has been paid within fifteen days of employment, we offer a 100% refund or replacement individual.
