EasyMatch® QC Software

EasyMatch®QC software provides almost limitless possibilities for acquiring, presenting, comparing, analyzing and reporting color information. Choose to display as little or as much information as needed. Color data and spectral data can be displayed numerically in spreadsheet form or graphically as color plots, spectral plots and trend plots. The simplified EZ View display only shows data for the standard and the last sample measured and if desired Pass/Fail. Color Render visually simulates the color on the computer screen. The displays can be configured and sized to suite application requirements.

To simplify multiple applications and process requirements, EasyMatch QC uses a "job" file structure. A job is a collection of all the data views, standards, tolerances and measurements that are used for a particular task, product, or customer Jobs can be created and stored for individual customers or products and each job can include individual or multiple standards. User configured screens can be stored as a "template" and later recalled for easy creation of new jobs. To simplify start-up, EasyMatch QC is delivered with five predefined templates.

EasyMatch QC also controls the spectrophotometer functions. A multi-mode function makes it possible to standardize and read in two separate available instrument modes; such as specular included and specular excluded, or UV included and excluded. A status bar displayed at the bottom of the screen indicates the sensor being used, the standardization mode and time when the instrument should be re-standardized. EasyMatch QC has a built-in sensor diagnostics for all current HunterLab spectrophotometers. It can be used to perform signal level checks, stability tests, repeatabiity tests, etc.
