French Textile Machinery Makers To Show At ITMA CITME

Seven French textile machinery manufacturers will showcase their innovations in long fibre spinning, yarn twisting and control, heat setting, carpet systems, nonwovens, dyeing and finishing, air and recycling processes at ITMA Asia. These companies include N. Schlumberger, Laroche, Fil Control, Aesa Air Engineering, Superba, Dollfus & Muller and Trelleborg.

N. Schlumberger and Seydel, divisions of NSC Fiber to Yarn will introduce two new drafting heads; the chain gill drafting head GC40 and the screw gill drafting head GN8.

NSC Fiber to Yarn will exhibit its complete product range and in particular the latest developments in combing machine ERA40 and gill boxes with the GC40 and the GN8 configurations.

Laroche will show textile waste recycling technologies, achieving great processes and continuously helping to discover new eco-friendly solutions for the future. Laroche’s technologies can open the used garments into fibres removing all the bottoms and zips.

Fil Control will exhibit its full range of new and innovative yarn sensors and cutters. The company has developed more than 12 new sensors and solutions during the past three years.

The sensors range are applied on a large number of fields and machines such as spinning and drawing, texturing, assembling and winding, twisting and covering, etc.

Aesa Air Engineering offers solutions in industrial air conditioning, important to optimise the production processes in the textile industry. Its products find applications in spinning, weaving, knitting, nonwovens, dyeing and finishing.

Superba is the largest and most experienced manufacturer of high-tech heat setting machinery and develops and produces integrated heat setting lines for the processing of yarns, used in the carpet manufacturing industry.

Dollfus & Muller manufactures endless felts and dryer belts for the textile finishing and nonwovens factories. It will display compacting felts for knit finishing; sanforising felts for denim and woven fabrics finishing; printing dryer belts for textile printing; sublimation blankets for transfer printing; decatising felts for wool finishing; dryer belts for thermo-bonding ovens and tensionless dryer belts for knit finishing.

Trelleborg will be showing its complete product range of rollers and belts and also rubber shrinking belts for use in compressive shrinking. (AR).
