The new HF6 heating godet utilizes this company's high-frequency multi-zone heating system. The heating godet can be used on carpet yarn machines (BCF) and textile spin-draw machines (FDY).
The ball bearings developed for the heating godets can operate under speed conditions of up to 6,000 m/min and with godet surface temperatures of up to 200°. In addition, the godets are "greased for life," which can help increase the service life of the bearings. According to the manufacturer, this can help reduce investment costs for carpet yarn and textile spin-draw.
The manufacturer also states that the new godet has been tested in field trials, and can be reliably used in BCF and FDY installations.
