KNI-TEX is an in-line, automatic fabric inspection system that is designed for the inspection of open width and warp knitted finished fabric. The machine engineered to handle the elastic nature of fabric, even when Lycra blends are used.
The machine can inspect up to 240-cm wide at a speed of up to 60 m/min. In addition, it can be integrated with various finishing machine such as stenter frames, sanfore machines, compactors, or with automatic cutting and packing machines.
The machine can detect defects that include: thick and thin yarns; runs; barre's; foreign yarns; flies; holes; stains; and drop stitches. IN addition, the machine provides in-line installation, automatic data transfer to Video Album workstation, and printed defects reports
