The NP Series of automatic press systems is designed to eliminate the hand ironing from production and to offer constant quality.

The series features a touch-type LCD screen and new features including pre- and post-steaming for easy conditioning and repair work; an error message display pinpointing the cause of an electrical problem; an adjustable distance between head and buck for pre- and post-steaming; and manual test pressing.

The series offers standard functionality including cloth roll over to protect cloths from damage, fine adjustment of distance between head and buck to eliminate shine and impressions, a programmable vacuum strength, and an optional steam-heated lower buck.

The series includes three machine models:

  • NP-110: a compact machine for small utility operation that features pressing time, pre-steam, and steam and vacuum.
  • NP-151: an ergonomic system for automatic utility operation that requires no hand iron for seam opening. Also offers tandem operation to increase productivity.
  • NP-181: an ergonomic system for automatic pants seam opening that that requires no hand iron for seam opening. Pressing time, pre-steaming, steaming and vacuum are programmed individually by the computer.
