The Model 22W Creel is specifically designed to process steel wire. The high required tension with minimal end to end variation is provided utilizing a pneumatically loaded friction system with a compensating dancer arm. The robust design can withstand the tremendous loads generated in processing wire. A new magnetic chuck allows faster loading without sacrificing performance.
