Teknor Apex's Vinyl Division

Teknor Apex's Vinyl Division is a leading producer of custom PVC compounds. Our production facilities are designed for optimum flexibility of products and order size, utilizing single and twin screw extruders as well as continuous and batch mixing equipment.

We manufacture custom compounds to meet or exceed requirements of UL, CSA, FDA and other government military specifications. From shore hardness to heat aging parameters to inductive capacity and tensile strength, our products meet a wide spectrum of specifications. Our compounds are manufactured to optimize processing for both molding and extrusion applications.

We cover a wide range of markets but have special expertise in automotive, medical, food contact, toy and other regulated applications, wire and cable, housewares, appliance, building and construction and footwear.
