Aldan Industries Inc., a privately held coated fabric processor for industrial and specialty products, filed Notice under Chapter 11 in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

A meeting of creditors is scheduled for 2:00pm, March 29, 2000 in Philadelphia.

Representatives of the Company could not be reached for comment.
