ApparelTech Boosts Productivity By 9% And OTDP By 7% With FastReactPlan

The adoption of FastReactPlan has optimised planning data visibility across relevant teams to facilitate systematic and efficient line scheduling, more productive working practices and the ability to respond to last-minute product changes in an agile way

Following the implementation of Coats Digital’s FastReactPlan solution, leading outdoor garment manufacturer, ApparelTech Co.Ltd. has realised an annual productivity improvement of 9% and increased its on-time delivery performance by a further 7% since its adoption of FastReactPlan. The solution has enabled the company to connect and consolidate its planning and scheduling information across disparate sources into one highly visual unified system, significantly reducing the people hours required on time consuming manual tasks so that more time can be spent on enhancing customer service and driving new business growth.
