AUTOCONER 338, Type RC Application

Application To rewind package residues with max. diameter of 115 mm and traverse of 6" Machine.

These are basic data of the machine:

• Feeding magazine of each winding head holds up to 11 package remnants
• Max. 6 sections each comprising 5 winding heads, i.e. max. 30 winding heads are possible
• Winding head gauge from winding head to winding head is 640 mm Combination The AC 338, Type RC can be combined with other types:
• Per section it is possible with Type RM, E and K
• Within a section Type E, K and RC can be combined (only on request as special solution.

Feed packages Cylindrical packages:

• Internal tube diameter: 40-80 mm (other on request)

Tapered packages:

• Internal diameter of tube tip: min. 26 mm and
• Internal diameter of tube bottom: 40-80 mm

Equipment Important elements in the yarn path are lower yarn sensor, the electromagnetic yarn tensioner, the splicer, the electric yarn clearer, the yarn tension sensor, the waxing device with wax roll monitoring (option), the upper yarn sensor and yarn guide drum with ATT-direct drive.
