Benchtop Tag and Label Printer

Avery Dennison, Performance Films Divisionh-speed 6405 microprocessor-based benchtop tag and label printer with cutter/stacker is designed for a broad range of high volume apparel manufacturing, retail distribution, and product identification applications.

The thermal transfer printer, coupled with a 64-bit processor, can handle complex bar code and graphics applications. It prints with a 300 dpi resolution at 12 ips, has maximum print width of 5-in. (128 mm), and processes tags and labels up to 6.1-in. (154 mm) wide. The system also employs "near edge" printing technology, which provides precise control for producing high-resolution copy, and permits economical stocks to be run at higher throughput speeds without compromising print quality.

The printer also features a rugged construction, multi-lingual alphanumeric display, intelligent operator prompting, and a user-replaceable print head to reduce downtime.
