AF&E'S Technically Advanced Circle VEE for Air Filtration Systems
The completely automatic Circle Vee Drum is a revolutionary concept in air filtration. Because of its unique design, the Circle Vee can be installed in a fraction of the space required for conventional systems. The stationary nozzles clean both sides of the media as the Circle Vee rotates. The stripper fan cleans fine dust and other materials from the filter media making the Circle Vee completely self cleaning. Clean filter media assures a uniform pressure throughout the system.
Operation
The filter media collects airborne contaminants causing the static pressure to increase. The photohelic pressure differential switch/gage senses the increase in static pressure and activates the cleaning cycle. the dust particles are vacuumed from the filter media and deposited in a dust collector for further disposal.
Construction
The Circle Vee is fabricated from heavy duty structural steel. the Vee portion of the filter is covered with heavy duty expanded steel (80% open area).
