Consolidated Cotton Gin Company is located in Lubbock, Texas. We have approximately 120 full time employees. Jerry Stanford, President and Russell Sutton, Vice President of Operations have been the owners of the company since 1991. The roots of this company go back to 1968 where at this same location an offshoot of the Moss Gordon Lint Cleaner Company began making lint cleaners. Over the years, a need for heavier machinery developed in the industry, especially for stripper cotton. As a result of this demand, the company began manufacturing machinery for other parts of the gin plant and the company developed a reputation for building heavy, low maintenance machinery. Today, Consolidated having built on the reputation of heavy built and low maintenance, now provides a full line of gin machinery for both stripper harvested and machine picked cotton.
Since 1991, we have built 18 complete new plants in the U.S., more than any other gin company. The capacity of these plants vary from 30 to 60 bales per hour. We have also built many plants overseas as well as scores of updates in the U.S. and around the world.
