Once colors are matched to our customers' approval, the fabric goes through our fully computer-controlled, high performance pressure dye jets. We customize the dye jets to perform according to the exacting standards of quality and consistency we have developed and established.
Finally, our dyed fabrics go through various procedures designed by our technicians and chemists to ensure that every lot will have the same high level of color matching and consistency every time. We apply the same procedures to tests such as color fastness to washing, light, and chlorine.
