The Eltex signal givers (weft break detectors) work on the piezo electric principle. instant detection of a weft fault
work with all types of yarns
can monitor the yarn at a low tension
insensitive to dust and dirt
reliable logic current output
voltage output
open collector output
opto coupler output
E2016 manufactured with 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 eyelets. Monitor single weft insertions.
ANTI manufactured with 8 eyelets. Can monitor single weft insertions and can detect if an excess number of threads are inserted by mistake.
E2070 manufactured with 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 eyelets. Monitor single and up to four weft insertions in the same pick. Can detect if excess number of threads are inserted by mistake. It can also monitor mixed single and double weft insertions. It has a single double switch for each pair of eyelets.
E2071 is the same as E2070 but does not have single double switches.
16470 series. Single end units in chrome casing.
Signal givers with logic current output can be connected in parallel. For example: on machines with 16 colours, two weft sensors with 8 eyelets can be used.
EV2016 manufactured with 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 eyelet's. Can monitor single weft insertions.
S2090 and SA2090 manufactured with 4 and 8 eyelet's. These signal givers have individual outputs for each eyelet.
16460-series. Single end units in chrome casing.
16560-series. Single end units in chrome casing
