Our Customers
Facemate is managed on the central principle that we are in partnership with our customers. The integrity of this rule allows us to sell directly to some segments of the apparel industry and to serve other segments of that industry through distributors who buy product from us, store it in our warehouses and instruct us to drop ship it to their customers to fill orders.

The principle also allows us to produce approximately half the yardage through our finishing plants on our own fabrics as proprietary products and the other half as commission finishers using fabrics and/or specialty finishes provided by our customers. We follow their instructions for required finished properties, packaging, marking, shipping
methods and destinations, etc. Systems for information control and reliability are solidly in place to support this commitment.

We have built our business on our responsibility to add value to the raw materials, products, and business processes of our customers.
