Flexible Suedeing Wire

Redman Card Clothing Co., Inc.lexible sueding wire is a suited replacement for conventional sandpaper on multi-roll sueders/sanders as well as raising machine capable of running in a sueding mode. This mode consists of all worker rolls rotating in the same direction as the cylinder (with the fabric) but at a higher surface speed than the cylinder. All wire is wound on rolls (pile and counterpile) in the same direction so the point is facing the front of the machine. The work is then done with the back of the wire, which has a treated surface creating a highly abrasive action. The same setup applies to multi-roll sueders taking care to alternate direction of the wind to insure accurate tracking.
