Frisby Technologies resumes search for new CFO

Donald F. McKee, who was recently selected to become executive VP, CFO, and treasurer of Frisby Technologies Inc. (Winston-Salem, NC), announced that he will not be able to join the company for personal reasons.

"I remain a fan of Frisby and wish them the very best," McKee said in a statement. "But due to personal reasons at this time, I will regretfully not be able to join the company as planned. I believe that it‚s now in the best interest of Frisby and its shareholders to move forward and find a new CFO."

Commenting on the news, Frisby chairman and CEO Greg Frisby stated, "While disappointing, I respect the tough decision Don has made. We look forward to filling this position with a candidate of equal caliber in a responsible, yet timely manner."

Frisby Technologies is a developer of thermal management products for the apparel, footwear, sporting goods, packaging, home furnishings, healthcare, and electronic industries.
