The Grossenhainer Roving frame is a computer controlled motor driven frame. The machine integrated computer controls drive the drafting systems, flyers, bobbins, and bobbin rail. Optimum settings can be saved in the memory of the computer once they are determined. Settings for draft, flyer speed, twist, rail speed, roving tension, bobbin shape and other relevant spinning parameters are 100% reproducible and guarantee a constant quality. Drafts from 3 to 40 and flyer speeds up to 1500 rpm.
