High-Capacity Nonwoven Line

This company's new high-capacity nonwoven line is supplied with fibers from Trutzschler fiber opening equipment.

The Spinnbau Turbo Unit TU features aerodynamic web forming via centrifugal force, a doffer fan, and a suction conveyor. The unit is well suited for web weights of 16 to 250 g/m² and a lower to medium fiber fineness range. The manufacturer states that the machine features an even web strength ratio MD:CD and provides high web speeds.

Additional offerings in this line include the high speed Hyperpunch Needle Loom that offers a maximum stroke frequency exceeding 3,000 min^-1 and elliptical needle beam kinematics. According to the manufacturer, the loom provides minimum draft in machine direction and reduced shrinkage in cross direction.
