Liz Claiborne Inc. Announces License Agreement with West Mill Clothes, Inc. Lord West

Liz Claiborne Inc. has reached an agreement in principle with West Mill Clothes, Inc. Lord West to license men's rental formalwear under the Company's Claiborne 2.0 and Claiborne labels.

The new Claiborne 2.0 Formalwear collection will be launched to the trade in February 2000, followed by the launch of Claiborne Formalwear in Summer 2000. The collections will include men's tuxedos, dinner jackets, cut-aways, full dress tails, formal trousers and coordinating vests that will be sub-licensed through Hartmarx Consumer Apparel Products, the licensee for Claiborne Tailored Clothing. Furnishings such as cummerbunds, cuff links, shirt studs, fashion vests, tuxedo shirts and shoes will be directly licensed through West Mill Clothes, Inc. Lord West.
