Matched Fabric Nesting System

Match++ is totally automatic matched fabric nesting system that combines highly advanced mathematical algorithms with artificial intelligence methods. It is ideal for any product with matched fabric requirements, such as apparel, upholstered furniture, transportation interiors, industrial fabrics and other sewn products manufacturers working with stripe, plaid, railroad, and flow matched fabrics. The system incorporates a high level of artificial intelligence for nesting and utilizes sophisticated algorithms developed specifically for this application.

The speed of the system makes it beneficial for use in up-front costing of COM's, as well as manual and automated cutting. It can be purchased as an add-on product to the Optitex pattern engineering and nesting system, or with the optional import package, it can be used with other CAD systems. Sophisticated stripe and plaid matching features incorporate scanned bitmap images of materials on screen during the marking process for optimizing pattern layout on fabric repeats.

The system offers a quick and affordable way to save both time and money by:
