Harness Frame Nose Guides/Spacers –For all types of looms. Protect your harness frames with spacers made from finest hardwoods (Beech and Hard Maple), Lignoferro densified wood, or Nylon. Due to the light weight, hardness, and wear-resistant qualities of Hard Maple and Beech, many prefer harness frame spacers made from these natural hardwoods. When extra strength and durability are needed, Lignoferro densified wood, or Nylon materials are used.

Pulleys-Custom made to your exact specifications –with or without bearings. Made from high-pressure phenolic laminates, UHMW, Nylon, or Lignoferro densified wood. Pulleys from any of these materials out-perform aluminum pullery, - last longer and eliminate fabric contamination and marking often caused by Aluminum residue.

Sprockets-Eliminate soiled fabric caused by the oil lubrication required for metal sprockets. Replace metal with grey-black M D Sprockets made from Nylon containing Molybdenum Disulfide Solid Lubricant, or with YN Sprockets, made from yellow nylon integrated with synthetic lubricant, and eliminate the need for any oil lubrication. Supplied with or without bearings manufactured to your specifications.

Harness Frame Ends-Made from high-density Lignoferro compressed wood – with or without metal Hardware- Custom made to your precise specifications.

Picker Sticks-Made from Lignoferro laminated compressed Hickory or Beech wood. Highest quality for all types of fly-shuttle looms.
