What is Modeling, and what can Oven Set-up Software do for your Company?

This technology utilizes an extremely powerful, yet user friendly, Windows based program utilizing the laws of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and physics. The software, which we customize to accurately model each client's oven(s), enables the user to predict the thermal exposure their fabrics will recieve under any process conditions.

Instead of relying on heat tapes or infared sensors for approximations of peak fabric temperatures, our customers readily and accurately predict both what their fabric's peak temperature will be during production, and how long the fabric will be at or above any temperature of interest. Thus, prior to production the oven set-up software can be utilizied to adjust and optimize process parameters to provide the fabric with the exact thermal exposure desired.
