Morgan Cooper Inc. Announces Formation of New Private Label Company

Morgan Cooper, Inc., a manufacturer of women's sportswear under the Morgan Cooper brand, is pleased to announce the formation of a wholly owned, private label company: Tianjin Garment USA, Inc.

Tianjin is currently supplying selected, private-label clothing items to J.C. Penney under J.C. Penney's private label "Arizona." Tianjin plans to begin supplying selected, private-label clothing items to: Wal-Mart , Sears, Target, and K-Mart.

Tianjin's Chief Executive Officer George Powell, a twenty-year veteran of the apparel industry, has worked as both a major retail store buyer and manufacture's private-label sales. Powell has been selling to J.C. Penney for the past fifteen years.
