Team Fletcher makes specific shuttles designs for Forming, Press and Dryer felt manufacture. Carcass design begins in our CAD group where we perfect your design for flight, speed and yarn characteristics. Bobbin shuttle design accommodates your yarn balloon while maximizing bobbin volumes for lower doff cycles. Gripper style projectile shuttles are designed for maximum speed with the least amount of wear to warp yarns, reeds and boxes.

We offer a complete selection of shuttle accessories: spindles, box tensions, box knives, ceramics and replaceable components are available and installed according to running requirements.
