Pneumatically-operated Thermoprinting Press

Practix Manufacturingecifically for thermoprinting on t-shirts and sweatshirts, OK-420 and OK-425 presses feature a single-station, swing-away platen.

The tabletop presses are easily transportable and feature a pneumatic cylinder that provides paten pressure and swing-away heated head movement that offers the operator high visibility for loading and print alignment. The machines also include an electronic temperature controller and timer. Platen pressure is ensured by a pneumatic "air bag" design and controlled by a pressure regulator.

The 420 model has a platen size of 16- × 20-in. and a platen pressure of 2,600-lb. The 425 model has a platen size of 20- × 25-in. and a pressure of 3,200-lb. Both machines have an air line pressure of 100 psi, a 240 V 1 Phase power requirement, and a connected load of 18/26 amps.
