Molded, one-piece polyurethane wear shoes eliminate wear on the bottom and side rails because they eliminate steel-to-steel contact. Flights run smoothly, without surging.
Polyurethane shoes are light in weight, resist corrosion, abrasion, and cutting, and can be easily drilled and installed. When one angle surface wears, the part can be removed and turned so the other angle becomes the wear surface.
Our UI91 polyurethane compound will outperform and outlast other materials, and our molded parts won't warp, buckle, or take a set.
