Its settings are easily optimized with the microprocessor control and transferred by the programming system from one machine to another. Electronically controlled functional units lessen stress on the warp and weft yarns, reduce downtime and assure an excellent weaving quality. Besides producing highly fashionable materials, home textiles, terry cloths, etc., the rapier weaving machine can produce specially delicate, fine and dense fabrics, such as sophisticated Jacquard patterned silk fabrics and industrial filter cloth.
