The manufacturer states that no training is required to install or operate the handling equipment. A push of one button provides automatic balancing and leveling while rolls are being moved. The machines feature a high-speed hoist and bridge design for quick transfer of rolls, as well as a simple bolt-together assembly for easy installation.
The manufacturer can determine the best grab, cradle loading or standard, depending on a customer's application. Grabs are available for rolls with a 1- to 3-in. core and shovel grabs are available for rolls without a core.
