The SAK package changer automates yarn testing and substantially reduces labor costs.

The Sample Automatic Knotter (SAK) automatically knots preselected sample lengths of most yarns from different packages into a continuous threadline. The SAK, used as a feeder, can significantly reduce labor costs. It is designed for durability and reliability.
Operation: Using a rotary magazine, the SAK can be preloaded with up to 36 ends at one time. If required, more yarns can be loaded during testing without test interruption. It has the capability to knot samples every 20 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even in harsh environments. Assuming a test duration of 1 minute per sample, the SAK runs for 36 minutes without an operator, permitting the operator to perform tasks on other instruments simultaneously.
Versatility: The SAK is designed to integrate with many Lawson-Hemphill products including the TYT-E, FAK, and FAK Sampler. It can also be used with other manufacturers' instruments.
Models: 1. SAK-A for 15-800 denier yarn
2. SAK-HD for 800-3800 denier yarn
