Sciessent LLC Acquires Assets Of Antimicrobial Solutions Leader Agion Technologies

Wakefield, MA – Sciessent LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of Agion Technologies, Inc., a leader in providing antimicrobial and odor control solutions for the consumer, industrial and healthcare industries. Founded and led by the senior management team of the former Agion Technologies, Sciessent LLC anticipates a seamless transition for Agion Technologies' customers.
