The SelecSys Process
Job Profile - MRI provides clients with a simple survey form consisting of questions about the position. Following analysis of this data, a custom job profile that defines the traits of the ideal candidate is generated.
Candidate Profile - The next step is to measure the personality traits of prime candidates. After the candidates complete the profile form, an analysis of the data determines their personality profiles.
