Our constant research and development over 20 years enable us to produce various types of opener, hopper, card and cross lapper in high performance and high quality for the purpose of manufacturing the base cloth of artificial leather, filter, geotextile, carpet, blanket, felt, resin, fiber, and interlining, etc.

To fully open fiber from the bale openers in preparation for the carding process. The machine includes fiber transport fan and Al-Ni-Co magnet for the removal of metallic impurities.

Fiber is fed from the hopper storage section by means of a spiked lattice and evener rolls to give a controlled feed to the volumetric chute.
The volumetric hopper is available in standard widths of 48" (1.2mtr) 60" (1.5mtr) and 100" (2.5mtr) with other widths available on request.

Designed for processing of fiber for quilting lines, etc., and also for use of waste and recycled fibers. The card is available in 2 cylinder sizes and with 4 or 5 working points dependent on size-and independent doffer control.

Using strong, long life seamless aprons normal running speeds of up to 70 meters per minute can be expected.
Input width from 60" (1.5mtr) to 100" (2.5mtr)
Laydown width from 100" (2.5mtr) to 400" (10mtr) as required.
