You can use the Colour Manipulations System (CMS2000) to colour designs by combining colour separations for those designs. You can select the colours from colour catalogues, from a colour circle or via colour measurement with the aid of a spectrophotometer. The system calculates halftones and colours printed on top of each other, taking into account the various parameters of the printing process. You can preview colourways on a calibrated monitor, so that colour representation is very realistic. On the basis of this image, you can take well-founded decisions on wether or not a specific colourway is to be taken in production.
Hardware
The Colour Manipulation System uses an advanced-technology Silicon Graphics computer, which is eminently suitable for fast digital image processing. Of course the system also allows on-line connection with a printer and other CAD systems.
Software
The software of the Colour Manipulations System is extremely user-friendly. The convenient menu set-up enables fast and trouble-free access to all functions. This results in remarkably short processing times.

Manage Textile Print
The colouring systems is used to colour designs in a number of colourways and to make a prediction on the appearance of the ultimate print result. This prediction is made on the basis of the dyestuff that are available in the colourkitchen, the substrates to be printed and the print process.The colour catalogue, which may contain information on the approved colour recipes, form the central link between the various systems. On the basis of the approved colour recipes you will know beforehand that the selected colours can actually be produced.
