Tommy Hilfiger and Bluefly.com Resolve Dispute

Tommy Hilfiger Licensing Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tommy Hilfiger Corp., and Bluefly Inc. announced that they have settled their pending litigation regarding the authenticity of certain Tommy Hilfiger product offered for sale on Bluefly's website on terms acceptable to both parties. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Bluefly and Hilfiger jointly agreed to a recall of the goods at issue in the case in September, immediately after Bluefly learned of the issues raised by Hilfiger. These goods will be donated to charity.
