Truetzschler At The Shanghaitex
Truetzschler will be present at the Shanghaitex from June 3rd – 7th, 2005, along with the Chinese subsidiary Truetzschler Textile Machinery (Shanghai) Ltd. and Truetzschler Card Clothing.
In hall 6, booth number B51, the visitor can obtain information on the newest machines for the opening and cleaning of cotton and synthetic fibres. The following machines will be exhibited:
- Truetzschler Card TC 03
- Truetzschler Card DK 800 (premiere at the Shanghaitex)
- Truetzschler Draw Frame TD 03
Since its introduction, the Truetzschler Card TC 03 has been sold more than 1500 times worldwide. The card makes productions up to 150 kg possible. An excellent sliver quality, parallel to minimum waste quantities, sets this machine apart.
For the first time the new Truetzschler Card DK 800 is exhibited in China at the Shanghaitex. The card is produced in Shanghai by Truetzschler Textile Machinery (Shanghai) Ltd.
The DK 800 distinguishes itself by combining efficiency with the application of newest technology.
The main characteristics of the new Truetzschler Card DK 800 are:
- special cleaning elements at the licker-in
- variable amount of carding segments of the Twin Top System
- change of aluminium flats without tools
- the Precision Flat Setting System PFS for quickly adjustable flats, which increase the availability of the card
- a new flat cleaning device to lengthen the service intervals
The Truetzschler Draw Frame TD 03 has set new standards with the automatically adjustable AUTO DRAFT.
