TunnelStar Series TFB- Steam Module

The steam module is extremely long, so that the garments have sufficient time to release tension because of the steam. By this effect, especially on articles of natural fibers, excellent results are achieved. Lines of steam jets can be arranged optionally, 2x2, 2x4 or 2x6. The special steam jets spray steam onto the garments, which release their tension.

The lines of steam jets are located vertically opposite displaced in order to treat articles with steam to an even finishing quality.

Infinitely variable programming of steam quantity enables an optimal metering. This fine programming of steam grants that the fabric absorbs the minimum quantity of steam which is necessary for the finish but not so much that pre-ironed seams or hems start to soften or pucker.

In the lower area of the steam module, the steam jets can be switched off automatically according to the program, so that on short or semi long articles no waste of steam or energy occurs.

Air-seal bags at entrance and exit grant no steam exhaust to the environment.

Huge service doors facilitate easy access to the eventually necessary cleaning services.
